Are you interested in the arts, cultural development, sustainability, diversity and integration? Do you want to make a difference in the world, and specifically within a local community and region? A flexible and creative job with a friendly team is awaiting you and your ideas. We are at the beginning of building our non-profit, and are searching for additions to our service-oriented team. There is much to be done in the region, so your work is sure to make a difference!

  • Development of democratic and integration work/projects with the local community

  • Development of our sustainability, permaculture and nature branch

  • Development and maintenance of local contacts and communications

  • Regional Development: establish regional cooperation partners, also in Poland. Fluency in Polish is an advantage.

  • Press and Pubilicty work

  • Finanzplanung und Buchhaltung

  • Knowledge/Experience in grant writing

  • Good organizational skills

  • Experience in the arts, culture and/or sustainability management

  • Good communication skills, and interest in further developing these skills

  • Service-orientation

  • Interest in strengthening local and regional networks

  • Experience with financial planning and accounting

Of course, all of the above-mentioned jobs are too much for one person. We are searching for one or two people with experience in one or two of these areas.

You do not need to work full-time in Oderberg. It is possible to do a good portion of the work from home. It is however important to be in Oderberg one or two days a week (depending on the hours you are working per week.) It may be possible for us to offer you a sleep-over option 1-2 days a week. Following completion of our renovation, we will have living quarters for workers.
